The foreigner will have student's consideration whose coming to Spain have like only or principal end the taking a course in or enlarging studies or accomplishing fact-finding works or formation, remunerated laborly, in anyone centers of education or scientific Spaniards, publics or prevailed, officially recognized.
The duration of the authorization of stance for the Ministry Of The Interior will be equal to the one belonging to the course for the fact that he be registered.

The foreigners admitted with ends of study will not be authorized in order to exercise an activity repaid for bill of one's own neither not our own. However, in so far as it not limit the pursuit of studies, and in the terms that requiredly they determine themselves, they will be able to exercise remunerated works part-time or of duration determined.
Regardless of the disposed in the article 10,2 of this Law, the foreigners admitted with ends of study will be able to be hired like labor personnel at the service of the Regional Government Bodies in the terms and conditions foreseen in this article.
The realization of work in a family to compensate the stance and maintenance in the same one while the linguistic knowledge or professionals get better will regulate him according to the disposed in the international agreements on employment au pair.
The students's relatives.
* The foreigners that had obtained a visa for studies that they lead to the obtaining of title with academic validity or for investigation, or that they find themselves in Spain in the regimen of studies regulated in the foregoing item, the correspondents will be able to request visas of stance in order that his relatives enter and stay in Spain during the duration of said studies legally or investigation, no exigiéndose a previous period of stance to the foreign student, and pudiendo being asked from sayings visaed at any time from the request of the visa of studies for the student or researcher.
* He will understand familiar term once the consort was referred to, to these property, and younger sons of 18 years or incapacitated, could have extended, exceptionally, to another relatives if concur circumstances of humanitarian character that they justify it.
